Maddie shows up at the mansion to talk to Kate. :D

Chad and Will and some more guys are at the beach.

Brady is disappointed in the results his source has turned up.

Arianna has been in jail for a very long time without a bail hearing.

Rafe of course didn't hear Nicole's conversation, but he did catch her saying Ari's name. He's sure that Nicole is involved somehow in Ari's case.

Kim calls Shane back before he leaves. She says that her only regret upon her diagnosis is that she wasn't with him.

Nicole says that Rafe heard her in a private conversation and that no wonder people are losing faith in the police system. Um, Nicole, dude.... It's not private if you're on the docks in a public space and someone can hear you from 20 feet away.

Chad tells Will that his mom (Maddie) knows how to get things done and Will's mom "on the other hand ......."

Maddie asks Kate if she's going to spill the beans to Stefano. Maybe in five years we'll find out what those beans are?

They oddly bring Ari her personal affects before her arraignment. She pulls out her engagement ring. Tears, sniffles.

Brady tells his source guy to find the money clip and it will solve everything.

Kim tells Shane that it's too late. Noooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kiss him! Kim, he loooooves you! ::sigh:: I miss them!

Kate tells Maddie that she led Stefano to the one thing that she didn't want him to find.

Will jumps to Sami's defense and he yells at Chad. Chad says that he's sorry. Aw cute little fight. :D T and Kinsey are ready to go, but the just now notice that Gabby is gone. She's at Arianna's hearing.

Rafe tells Nicole that Ari was framed and that she will be freed. Nicole is desperate to know what goes on in the hearing, but it's closed to the public.

Shane says it's not too late and Kim says that they can't go back.

Maddie tells Kate to not tell Stefano 'whatever' was in that envelope.

Kinsey reminds Will that Gaby's sister is in court. He goes to check on her.

E.J. tells Nicole's camera that Ari was granted bail.

Shane says that he agrees that they can't go back and he doesn't want to, but that they're together here, now. He says that the entire time he was away that the only things he thought about were her and the kids and grandkids.

Maddie says that she's been very careful and that Kate is the only one who knows about this. She says that she and Kate were very close and that if Kate ever cared about her that she would do this for her.

Will meets up with Gaby on the docks and tells him that Ari is out on bail. he invites her to the lake to go wakeboarding with the gang.

E.J. tells Nicole that bail wasn't a problem because he took care of the 300,000 bond.

Oooooo Chad just sent Will 'back to the house' to get food. Kate and Maddie are still in it. Maddie asks if Kate hates her so much that she'd turn 'the document' over to Stefano. Kate says, "I don't hate you. On the contrary..."

Rafe and Brady are talking about E.J. and Arianna being set up and Nicole playing Lois Lane and Brady having been drugged. When Brady defends Nicole saying that at least she believes in him, Rafe says, "Good luck with that." and walks off. Hehehe! I love Rafe sometimes. :D

Arianna gives Brady the engagement ring back. She says that she loves him and always will, but that they need space. Brady tells her that it was a gift and that she should sell it and use the money to start paying back E.J.

Kate says that she's fond of Maddie that she always has been. She says that's why she brought her along into 'the life'. Kate says that Maddie was one of Stefano's best girls. I'm guessing that the document is maybe a contract that Maddie signed with Stefano when she started working for him and that as long as Stefano doesn't know that she has it that she can hold it for insurance, but that he could use it to ruin her.

Shane and Kim are heading back to L.A. together. I'm going to miss them soooooo much!!!!!!!

Rafe puts in a request to not be sent out of town on cases for a while.

Kate tells Maddie that as long as Stefano doesn't ask directly that she won't say anything. Maddie is grateful. Will is coming down the stairs and overhears "We'll let the past stay in the past. No one needs to know that you were..." "A whore?" Maddie replies. Will looks like an anime character he has giant eyes full of shock! Heehee. :)

Daniel walks into Chloe's room where she and Carly are. He wants to know what's going on as there's always tension when the two of them are together. Chloe says that Carly was just leaving Carly says that she's not. At least Crystal probably has an easy time learning her lines since she's got the same 4 over and over again! Really ready for her to have something different to play. It's like Carly is on the plot treadmill. She keeps walking, but she's not getting ANYwhere.

Mel asks Philip why he didn't let Patch and Kayla keep his son.

Shane is back to talk to Kim. Heehee.

Rafe wants Arianna to dump E.J. as her lawyer. Arianna calls him on it being because of Sami.

E.J. calls Sami on not leaving or putting space between them when he told her that he loved her.

Chloe is trying to play off Carly's presence as concern for the baby and the elevator fall. Daniel says that Carly knows the baby is fine and asks her to explain herself. A nurse comes in to announce a big car accident that requires Carly and Daniel to help. Chloe recaps that last 6 months aloud to herself in the room. Nicole comes in whining about her troubles and then notices that Chloe doesn't respond sympathetically.

Arianna defends her choice to allow E.J. to represent her. Rafe asks what Brady thinks and Arianna tells Rafe that they broke up. He speculates that it's because of E.J. and Arianna gets teary eyed, says no that she doesn't want to talk about it right now. He tells her that E.J. is only helping her to look good to Sami. She wants to know if everything is about Sami. I think that E.J. is keeping Arianna close by. He's making her indebted to him so that he has leverage in the future. He does after all know that Ari was undercover to expose his little drug operation even though she doesn't realize that he was the guy in charge.

Kim and Shane yelling at each other. I love it! She storms out of the house.

Philip tells Mel that he didn't let Patch and Kayla adopt his son because he didn't want to be reminded.

Nicole notices that Chloe doesn't have a wedding ring on.

Daniel and Carly are arguing about a patient in the ER Carly saying that the mother made a mistake and Daniel saying that she should have known better. Carly says that now she does and won't do it again. That mothers make mistakes and sometimes it hurts the child and they regret it. He asks her if the last comment is about the ER mom or her and Melanie. Of course it's about her and Melanie. She's her mommy and tried to do what she thought was best.

Rafe tells Arianna that he found Anna and she evaded him again and that he did it all for Sami. Arianna says that it's fate that she doesn't think that Rafe and Sami were meant to be together.

Sami is being all emotionally avoidy and goes to leave the room E.J. stops her with an arm around her waist before she makes it out of the living room.

Shane followed Kim to the pub and knocks until she opens the door. He hands her a piece of paper in explanation instead of pleading his case.

Mel asks Philip if he did background check on the people who adopted his son. Philip says that he had them thoroughly check out. She's concerned that his son may have ended up in a place like she did. Philip has been keeping tabs on him and he knows that he's happy.

Nicole tells Chloe to stop crying. Yes please!

E.J. keeps invading Sami's personal space telling her to admit that she has feelings for him.

E.J. gets a text that Arianna's arraignment has been moved up. He tells Sami that she's saved by the bell and kisses her on the way out.

Daniel asks Carly if Chloe has made a mistake with the baby. Carly says that no, she has and that she shouldn't be pushing Chloe and that if Chloe's made a mistake then she needs to talk to Daniel about it herself.

Chloe asks Nicole what E.J. has on her. Chloe says "What am I going to do if Carly tells Daniel that I slept with someone else?!?" and Daniel walks into the room.

Mel asks Philip if he might want to have another child someday.

Daniel asks Nicole to leave him and Chloe alone. She asks him if Carly and he talked about her. He asks Chloe if she would lie to him.

The letter Shane gave Kim says that he's leaving the ISA. Aawwwwww!!!! He looooooves her so much! He wanted her to know because he finally decided that he doesn't want to spend the rest of his life somewhere his family isn't. It killed him to not have been with her while she had leukemia. He hopes that she'll let him back in. Aawwwwww!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rafe tells E.J. that Ari isn't his client anymore. How many times if someone going to fire Arianna's defense attorney on her behalf and against her wishes? Ha! Ari is being very quiet until Rafe makes a move to pummel E.J. and she calls to him to stop and asks him to leave.

Talk of kids makes Philip nervous, Mel is all cute and says that she's not talking about right now, but that they'll know when the time is right.

Daniel is concerned for Chloe and asks her if she's keeping something about her medical condition from him. She says, "no." They say they love each other, and make plans to leave the hospital. Yes please! That room is getting boring!

Shane tells Kim she doesn't have to decide right now that he just wanted her to know.

Ari is nervous and jittery she's worried about the arraignment and isn't confident in E.J. getting her free.

Nicole is once again talking aloud on the docks about herself and Dr Baker framing Arianna.

Sami comes downstairs and opens the door to Rafe. He says that he had to see her.

Bo and Hope both reach to pick up a flower that fell from Alice's coffin and their hands touch. They share a moment of remembering.

Kate contemplates whether or not to tell Stefano about what she found in Maddie's safe deposit box.

Chad finds Maddie he wants to discuss something that's happened that he's not too happy about. Lemme guess.... Mia?

Hope tells Bo she'll see him back at the house. Left alone Bo has another flashback of Alice. The family is remembering Alice. Roman pulls Kayla aside and asks if she saw Shane and if she knows where Kim is. Kim is walking into Bo's house mumbling about Shane and having a flashback of Alice. Of course Shane has followed her and when he knocks she opens the door.

After a long hug Sami asks Rafe where he's been. He says that he needs to be alone with her.

Family still reminiscing. Hope says that Alice saved her and Bo. Bo walks in and Ciara asks Hope to tell her about when Alice saved them. Hope relates the story of them in new Orleans. Then Ciara says, "I wish Great Grandma could save you and daddy again."

Kate is talking to Alice at the memorial service site. She says that she didn't feel she should have come to the service, but that Alice was her son's grandmother and that she's sorry for the things she did that made it so hard for them and kept Lucas from knowing her as his grandmother for so long. Kate says, "Goodbye sweet lady." Then chokes up and cries. Bill shows up to comfort her. So sweet!

Carrie is leaving and says goodbye to Lucas.

Kayla is talking pro-Bo&Hope to Hope.

Hope says that it's more complicated than just wanting it. Kayla says that he didn't bring Carly and he knew Hope would be there. Nathan brings out a video they found. It's a wedding video of Alice and Tom.

Kim doesn't want to see Shane. He tells her that he needs to see her. She's angry that he hasn't contacted her because he had to save the world. He didn't know that she needed him. She needs to get this out. He explains that he never got her messages because he was in jail. Or a pen where animals are kept. He is very regretful that he wasn't there. He tells her that he only earned about the leukemia when he was debriefed just before coming home.

Rafe is explaining what he was doing away. How he used Calliope to get to Anna, that Anna was drugged and he was in jail and Anna escaped. He's very upset that he didn't find out who Anna was working with. Sami is moved. "This whole time you were gone, it was for me."

Ciara is telling Theo that the treasures that were taken from her were wallets, that maybe her mom took them back since Ciara had taken them from her to begin with and that it happened the same night Mommy was hugging that strange man. Ciara is quite the little detective. Roman should hire her on contract! Hope walks in and admonishes Ciara asking her what she's saying?

Maggie and Will are both sad that Mia left so abruptly.

Bill says that he's heading home soon and wanted to stop and talk to his mom before leaving. Kate says that she'll leave him to it then. He asks her if she wants help.

Hope tells Ciara she doesn't want her making up any more stories especially about mommy. Ciara says, "I'm not. You never believe me!" and runs to Bo.

Dr Baker has an Avenger flashback and says, "That woman is nothing but a bomb waiting to go off and her next victim is her husband." Hmmmm? Is Hope going to get sent to a looney bin? Oh please oh please!

Bo and Roman are talking about Arianna's case. Hope overhears Bo says, "Now that I'm back I'll take another look at this case." and she says, "You're not taking this case away from me!"

Shane says that he had to see Kim now and that's why he didn't go to Los Angeles. He had to see if there was a chance for them. Kim says through a waterfall of tears, "Go to Hell!"

Sami and Rafe move on to Arianna. Rafe says that he has to find out who is setting Ari up. Then he says who wouldn't want to hit E.J. and Sami says that he could have died and that she doesn't think it's funny.

Hope is upset that Bo doubts her abilities. He says that the bottom line is the case isn't solved yet.

She says, "I'm a damned good detective and you know it!" He says, "You're overreacting. There is a lot going on right now." Ciara and Doug and Julie come back into the room and Bo says goodbye to Ciara. Doug and Julie offer to take Ciara home so Hope can have some alone time. Julie asks if she's sleeping and brings up the sleeping pills. Hope hasn't been taking them since she's been staying with Alice, but says that she's very tired. I'm guessing she pops a couple tonight. Look out Bo!

Very peppy nurse walks into Mike's room, but he's not there.

Kate and Maddie. Kate asks if she got the delivery. Maddie says that everything from the box appears to be there. Kate says that she doesn't think they're done.

Sami tells Rafe that the reason they're at the mansion is because of the burst pipes. He calls her on still being there even after the pipes are fixed.

Mike is still at the hospital but he has gotten dressed in his suit. I'm guessing he's on his way out and was distracted by the memorial plaque for Alice at the hospital.

Kim is completely broken that Shane chose work over his family when he left a safe job and went back to work for the ISA. She is a mess. Patsy Pease does an excellent job here.

Rafe tells Sami that E.J. is going to hurt her and he's not going to let that happen. Then they kiss.
